Mary Hanrahan is an artist and poet living in East Lansing, Michigan. She holds an MFA in Creative Writing and an MA in Counseling. Her work appears or is forthcoming in Modern Haiku, Hedgerow: a journal of small poems, Wild Plum - a haiku journal, The Merrimack Review, Daily Haiga, Frogpond Journal and elsewhere. She hopes to one day be the first poet to visit the moon.
