After working as an editor for 29 years at a pharmaceutical company in Wilmington, Delaware, Margaret retired to New Bern, North Carolina. She now spends her time writing poetry with a focus on haiku and senryu. Her haiku has appeared in Frogpond, Haiku Universe, Failed Haiku, Living Senryu Anthology, Under The Basho and Three Line Poetry. Her poetry has appeared in the 2018 edition of Ekphrastic, a publication of the Craven Arts Council & Gallery. She is currently serving on the board of the Nexus Poets.
