I have worked as a data processing clerk and as a florist. I live, write, take photographs, paint and draw in Oelde, in Münsterland. Since 2007, I write haiku and senyru and I am a member of the German Haiku Society. My work has appeared in German and English-language haiku journals and anthologies, including Mainichi Daily News Monthly Haiku Selection, Asahi Haiku Selection, Chrysanthemum, LYNX, The Heron's Nest, Dulzinea: Journal of Poetry and Image; Frogpond, Albatross, Notes from the Gean, Cats - Haiku Anthology, Hamburger Haiku, Summer Grass (quarterly magazine of the German Haiku Society, haiku heute, and in the following haiku yearbooks: Big eyes (2007), Listen to the Creek (2008); Traces of Water Striders (2009); Sakura Wind (2010); Regulators Into White (2011); Share Dreams (2012); Entropy of Words (2013); Under the Milk Foam Heart (Wolkenpfad, Tübingen, 2014).
