Besides haiku and haiga, Marija Andjela Pogorilić writes poetry and prose in Croatian and Chakavian dialect. Her work has been published in over 60 collections, magazines, and on the Internet. She takes part in haiku and poetry recitals and the literate and cultural life of her home town where she has lived throughout her lifetime.
